Terms & Conditions of Promotions

Relevant offer code/s must be used at checkout to qualify. Offers may be valid for a limited time only. MESSIAH and EVE reserve the right to end or change a promotion at any time at its discretion. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/s.

Christmas mix and match bundle offer ends midnight 30 December 2021. Code ‘GIFT15’ must be entered at checkout and there must be a minimum of 2 products purchased to qualify for the offer. In some circumstances, branded boxes and complimentary samples may not be available as part of the offer. Code ‘GIFT15’ can be used once per transaction and is available to use for multiple transactions/purchases. Code ‘GIFT15’ cannot be used with any other offer.

Newsletter sign up discount code is available to those who provide their email address on our website and then completed registration to our mailing list via email. The relevant discount code will be emailed to recipients and must be entered at checkout to qualify. The discount, once the code is entered at checkout, will be applied to the basket total before shipping is calculated. The relevant code can only be used once per recipient and cannot be used with any other offer.

Section 4 – WooCommerce

Our store is hosted by WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform which allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through WooCommerce’s data storage, databases and general WooCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WooCommerce stores your credit card information. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your transaction. After that is completed your payment transaction information is deleted. 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set forth by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
